how to make Creamsicle orange
It's summer and the warmth which is better than a popsicle to cool off. My whole family loves popsicles. For cons, I do not like commercial versions because they contain too much sugar, additives or coloring. There are a few kinds of good popsicles, but I find it expensive especially when I know how it is easy and inexpensive to make it home.
The other day I remembered that as a child I loved the creamy creamsicles. Those with orange and raspberry were my favorite. So I wanted to recreate those orange, but also health.
Well here it is, here, a great creamsicle recipe by 4 ingredients, no dyes. They are creamy, refreshing and just enough delicious. Yum! I have to restrain myself not to eat them all.

- 250 ml (1 cup) of 100% pure orange juice
- 250 ml (1 cup) 35% cream
- 30 ml (2 tbsp.) Maple syrup
- 10 drops of essential oil of wild orange or 2.5 ml (1/4 tsp.) Of orange extract
PREPARATION
- In a bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Pour into popsicle molds and freeze 2 hours before unmolding.

To avoid orange extract, which is not very natural, I chose to add the essential oil of orange wild doTERRA. DoTERRA offers wonderful essential oils that are therapeutic qualities which means that some oils are safe to eat and can have health benefits. In short, I love to use essential oils which are much more natural as extracts of flavors that can be found on the market.
